Q. If I would like to order one of the stock hardware items featured
on the website how do I place an order?
A. The hardware featured on this web site is mainly to show our
viewers the possible set-ups they can use with there custom flags.
If you require hardware items with your custom flag(s), please include
the necessary product information in the "comments" area
of your quote request.
Q. What is the best way to clean a flag?
A. Outdoor flags can be hand or machine washed in cold
water with a mild detergent and air dried. To prevent any running
of colors we recommend that you do not soak the flag for any length
of time in wash water.
Q. I have an old and worn U.S. flag that I need to properly dispose
of. Where can I take the flag for proper disposal?
A. There are long standing traditions for a proper and dignified
disposal of the U.S. Flag. The U.S. Flag should never be simply
thrown into the trash. The preferred choice of disposal is by burning.
Many of the following organizations will take old flags and arrange
for proper disposal: Marine Corps League, Elks, Boy Scout troops,
Veterans of Foreign Wars, or American Legion.
Q. If I need a replacement section for my flagpole how should I
go about ordering one?
A. If you are looking to replace or add a section of an existing
flagpole we recommend you go back to your local retail center where
you originally purchased the flagpole and ask them to place a special
order with us. When placing a special order you may also request
to have it delivered directly to your home or to the store for pick
up.
Q. What size of a flag should I place on my flagpole?
A. Depending on the size of your flagpole the following chart shows
the recommended flag size to be used:
20’ ---------------------4’ x 6’
25’ ---------------------4’ x 6’
30’ ---------------------5’ x 8’
35’ ---------------------5’ x 8’
40’ -------------------6’ x 10’
45' ------------------ 8’ x 12’
50’ -----------------10’ x 15’

70’ -----------------15’ x 25’
Q. What is an average lead-time for a custom banner or flag?
A. After you have given final approval for the artwork production
will begin. Production time usually ranges from 2-3 weeks. However,
please keep in mind that if you should have a specific target date
we will do our absolute best to meet your in hands date.
Q. How long does a flag last?
A. The government standard is 120 days for a flag used outdoors
from sunrise to sunset - but not during inclement weather.
